Cancellation Policy * Customers who cancel within 14 – 7 days prior to the scheduled start time will be charged 10% of the booking fee. * Customers who cancel within 7 – 4 days of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the booking fee. * No-shows or cancellations within 96 hours of providing the service. The full booking fee will be charged.
